Performance Tunning Part 2

After checking on the net found that there are lots of lots of good stuff (queries) already describe the performance related information, so I would like the share and refer some of the very good site.

I have already blog about dmv’s here ,

Weasel Clause has written a great blog on queries which everyone should keep handy :

http://thedbadelight.blogspot.com/2011/01/dynamic-management-views-and-functions.html

Here Weasel shows five queries

1. expensive queries:

2. wait stats

3. virtual file stats

4. plan cache interrogation

5. real-time blockers

Thanks Weasel Clause

Also another expert Glenn Berry’s wrote a series of statements to check the query here.

Thanks Glenn.

* The dmv’s will be good until your system up time or until not manually clear
